Kyrie Eleison isa common exclamation within the Christian Mass, translated to Lord have mercy, a cry for help and protection. In a time where gluttony and partying is being played out in parallel with an ongoing destruction and decay –where do we turn with our cry for help?
Mathilda Frykberg is interested in contemplative spaces and humanity’s need for religious practice. With some of the most critical issues of our time as a backdrop, she seeks images that encourage existential reflection.
