Tre uppgifter\/Three assignments<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

What\u00a0is it\u00a0that\u00a0makes students\u00a0want\u00a0to\u00a0participate, or not, in art?\u00a0How\u00a0do\u00a0we, as\u00a0teachers,\u00a0discover\u00a0how\u00a0to\u00a0inspire\u00a0and\u00a0enable\u00a0students to\u00a0feel\u00a0the\u00a0joy\u00a0of\u00a0creating\u00a0art?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During\u00a0my recent\u00a0teacher-student praxis, I\u00a0observed\u00a0how\u00a0students\u00a0claimed\u00a0an\u00a0inability\u00a0to\u00a0draw\u00a0and\u00a0showed\u00a0a\u00a0reluctance\u00a0to\u00a0create\u00a0in situations\u00a0they\u00a0felt\u00a0inadequate\u00a0to\u00a0perform.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In\u00a0<\/span>my<\/span>\u00a0thesis<\/span>\u00a0\u201dDet vita pappret\u201d<\/span>, the\u00a0notion\u00a0behind\u00a0upper-secondary\u00a0school\u00a0students\u00a0capability\u00a0to\u00a0create\u00a0in the\u00a0visual\u00a0arts is\u00a0explored\u00a0through\u00a0methods\u00a0of\u00a0arts-based\u00a0research<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>The\u00a0artistic\u00a0inquiry\u00a0resulted\u00a0in\u00a0three\u00a0arts\u00a0assignments,\u00a0composed\u00a0by\u00a0me, and\u00a0tried\u00a0by\u00a0me\u00a0and\u00a0four\u00a0others\u00a0in a \u201dcreative\u00a0environment\u201d workshop.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
